When we find ourselves in line at the quick mart behind a young lady with that mesmerizing lower back tattoo, one might ask, which came first, the hip huggers or the lower back tattoo . Hey, who really cares, we’re just happy that each has found its place in the world.

While some of us would like nothing more than for this to be the case, sadly it isn’t.
